Whilst I don't have a need for this at the moment, I decided to create another design that would allow the Echo Dot to be mounted flat against a wall:-

It's a little odd that Amazon chose to design the echo with the leads entering from the top, but I guess microphone symbols don't have to have the stand on the bottom ;)
